This is a starter template. Before going live, replace this with your real privacy policy (or have an attorney review it). Google OAuth verification requires a working Privacy Policy URL.

What we collect

Account info (name, email) for login and access control.
Business data you enter (customers, sites, invoices, work orders, inventory, reports).
Files you upload (photos, PDFs) for work orders and documentation.

How we use data

To provide the app’s features (invoicing, scheduling, reporting).
To communicate operational notifications (optional).
To improve reliability and security (logs, error monitoring).

Google APIs

If you connect Google services, the app may request Google permissions. We only use those permissions to perform the actions you request (example: sending invoices or syncing calendar events). You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
