You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Portal access links are personal and should not be shared with unauthorized parties.
2. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the platform. By using the platform, you grant us permission to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your business data for purposes outside the platform.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or customers that you are not authorized to view.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, probe, or disrupt the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
- Do not use the platform to transmit malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
4. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Reports and calculations generated by the platform are for operational reference and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use for accounting, tax, or compliance purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
